Delivery and Returns

COVID UPDATE September 2020

Due to Covid19, our stock ordering process has been impacted dramatically. We are experiencing long delays in stock arriving from our suppliers across the world. We will do our best to offer products for sale as soon as they are available, and begin pre-selling around 2 weeks before the stock arrives to our UK warehouse. In doing this, our dispatch times from our UK warehouse can vary, as with our previous arrival of stock, we had a backlog of several hundred orders, which takes time to work through as courier collections are limited in how much weight they can collect from us on a daily basis. 

We tend to offer a timescale for delivery which covers an entire week. Orders will be processed in the order that they were received, so a recent order is more likely to ship later in the week or into the next week. 

Please bear with us at this time, as we know there is a huge demand for our products, and we are working around the clock to ensure we have our high quality products to offer you.

Any updates on delays to stock will be posted on our homepage. 

Delivery time frame

Smaller items will be dispatched with Hermes on a 3 day service. Larger items, including weights will be send on a next day service using DPD. Orders must be placed before midday in order to be shipped out same day. Be aware, larger and oversize items such as olympic bars will take a little longer, so please allow 3 days for these items. 

Special delivery instructions for couriers? 

If you have any specific instructions for the delivery driver / courier, please be sure to add these in the notes section at the check out. This can help to avoid missed deliveries, or parcels left on doorsteps. 

Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland. 

Due to increased costs to send to these areas of the UK, we have been forced to add a delivery surcharge for deliveries. This is something beyond our control, and the surcharge is indicative of the large increase in shipping cost to these areas. If you live in these areas and would like to make alternative arrangements, please get in contact to discuss with us. 

International shipping

We now offer shipping to France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Poland for an additional charge. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on what you have ordered. If you have a larger order you wish for us to put a bespoke shipping quote together for, drop us an email and we will be happy to help.

Looking to return an item?

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or simply changed your mind, you can return it to us in the original packaging within 14 days. Please contact us using the contact form on the website, email or phone,  and we can give you all the details you will need and help you to arrange this if needed. A full refund will be issued within 24 hours of the item being received back into our warehouse. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information. 

My item arrived faulty, what are my options? 

We take care to package items well, and use reliable national couriers, but accidents can happen from time to time. In the unlikely event or your item being damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately through the contact form, email or phone and we will get a replacement on its way to you immediately and arrange collection of the damaged item.
