Delivery information 

Dispatch time frame

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours by our in house team from our warehouse. No items are drop-shipped from third parties. We store stock of all items for the best possible dispatch and delivery service to our customers. 


Delivery time frame

Our standard courier service on small items is 24-48 hours, with some larger items taking upto 3 days. 


Delivery charges

All delivery charges are applied at checkout before you enter any personal information. We offer a subsidised flat rate freight charge of £3.99 including VAT. 


Special delivery instructions for couriers? 

If you have any specific instructions for the delivery driver / courier, please be sure to add these in the notes section at the check out. This can help to avoid missed deliveries, or parcels left on doorsteps. 


International shipping

If you are from outside the UK, please contact us for a freight quote, as we do not currently have international shipping set up with our cart and checkout. 


Delivery problems?

We’re here to help when you need us and aim to get any issue resolved as quickly as possible for you. Just drop us an email using or call us on 01202 386893 (manned 8am until 6pm). 



Looking to return an item?

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or simply changed your mind, you can return it to us in the original packaging within 14 days. Please contact us using the contact form on the website, email or phone,  and we can give you all the details you will need and help you to arrange this if needed. A full refund will be issued within 24 hours of the item being received back into our warehouse.


My item arrived faulty, what are my options? 

We take care to package items well, and use reliable national couriers, but accidents can happen from time to time. In the unlikely event or your item being damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately through the contact form, email or phone and we will get a replacement on its way to you immediately and arrange collection of the damaged item.
