Grab your kettlebell and give this weeks full body kettlebell workout a go. This is the fourth in our series of kettlebell workouts.

The kettlebell is a core piece of workout equipment whether you workout at home or in the gym. Lots of the exercises that use a kettlebell can be done with various other weights, but ALL can be done with the simple, trusty kettlebell!  They are available from 4KG to 10KG in vinyl, and 10KG to 20KG in the classic iron kettlebell for more experienced athletes, or for those looking to increase strength and build muscle. If you don’t yet have one, you can shop kettlebells online at highly competitive prices and same day dispatch here.

So time to get serious and get the heart rate pumping with the warm up, then the workout. After all workouts we strongly recommend that you spend a few minutes cooling down properly, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, and stretch out all muscle groups used in your workout. You can find out more about post workout recovery, or shop foam rollers, mats for stretching and yoga / recovery balls here.

If you are not familiar with some of the exercises in this workout, you can check out some of our other blog posts and social media for videos, or contact us and we will be happy to send you a video demo.
