Grab your kettlebell and give this weeks full body kettlebell workout a go. This is the fourth in our series of kettlebell workouts.
The kettlebell is a core piece of workout equipment whether you workout at home or in the gym. Lots of the exercises that use a kettlebell can be done with various other weights, but ALL can be done with the simple, trusty kettlebell! So time to get serious and get the heart rate pumping with the warm up, then the workout. After all workouts we strongly recommend that you spend a few minutes cooling down properly, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, and stretch out all muscle groups used in your workout.
